SHIMANO SH-RC910 S-PHYRE Road Shoes

Leader in the rankings: The SH-RC910 S-PHYRE road shoes are competing for the win in the SHIMANO range. The performance model impresses with numerous features that ensure both direct power transfer and improved comfort.

Above all, these race shoes are equipped with the high-contrast adjustment range for the flat SPD-SLR cleats, with which you can get into your pedals with even more control and are even closer to the pedal. If you combine the shoes with the cleats and the SPD-SLR pedals, you can further improve your pedal stability and power transfer.

The optimised hollow-core carbon sole combines lightness with a stiff construction, while the full-carbon heel cup fixes your heel in the shoe so that no watt is wasted. Thanks to the revised SHIMANO DYNALAST 2.0 fit, the cycling shoes are cut a little wider in the toe area, so your feet feel even more comfortable, especially on warm days. Last but not least: Using BOA Li2 dials and a corrected lacing profile, you can ensure a snug fit in no time at all, so all your power goes directly into the pedal!

As part of the S-PHYRE series, the RC9 cycling shoes are characterised by carefully selected materials that meet high standards in terms of fit and performance. These bike shoes are specialised for training and racing use with strategically applied technologies to support you on your way to top performance.

Highlights & Technologies:

SPD-SLR:
Developed for more stability and efficiency when pedalling: The SPD-SLR cleat system offers a distance between the shoe and the pedal axle that is approx. 2.3 mm smaller than the predecessor system due to its flat design, thereby improving power transfer. In addition, the corresponding cleats weigh up to 25% less than previous SPD-SL cleats. Furthermore, the release angle of approx. 12.8° has become narrower, while the engagement zone has grown for fast, intuitive clipping in. High-contrast markings make adjusting the cleats easier.
SPD-SLR cleats are compatible with your SPD-SL shoes, but the system only unfolds its full effect when using all SPD-SLR system components.
SPD-SLR cleats are, in turn, NOT compatible with SPD-SL pedals.

BOA Li2:
The groundbreaking Li2 dial from BOA gives the L-SERIES a slim, flat design, unprecedented resilience. With its precise adjustability in both directions, the Li2 is the ultimate solution for a fast, easy, precise fit.
