SHIMANO Dura Ace WH-R9270-C36-TL Disc Centerlock Road Rear Wheel 28"/700C

The Dura Ace WH-R9270-C36-TL Disc rear wheel by SHIMANO offers an optimal balance of aerodynamics, stiffness, reliability and weight.

The 36mm high carbon rim perfectly combines low weight and aerodynamics and thus makes the Dura Ace WH-R9270-C36 suitable for a wide range of riding styles. Aerodynamic bladed spokes and an extremely efficient hub promise plenty of propulsion in any situation. Being tubeless-ready and having an inner rim width of 21 mm, the WH-R9270-C36-TL Disc by SHIMANO can handle the trend towards wider road bike tyres, while also providing low rolling resistance, increased comfort, and improved grip when riding tubeless. Strong double-butted spokes give the wheel maximum stiffness, which helps efficiently transfer your power into speed.

SHIMANO decided to fit the wheel with a 12-speed specific freehub. In addition, the Direct Engagement freehub system scores with up to 30% more stiffness and yet less weight compared to a standard SHIMANO pawl hub system.

Therefore, the WH-R9270-C36-TL Disc rear wheel is the perfect choice, if you want to compete for the win, set a new best time on your favourite route or just like to use high-end wheel technology.
