Garmin Fenix 7 Pro Sapphire Solar GPS Multisport Watch

For all those who do not want to make any compromises!
Just like its direct predecessor, the GARMIN Fenix 7 Pro Sapphire Solar GPS multisport smartwatch features a responsive touch display for particularly intuitive operation. Of course, the robust outdoor watch can still be controlled in the classic way using the tried and tested 5 buttons. So you can safely leave your gloves on while biking or snowboarding and still use all the functions quickly and easily.
GARMIN’s proven solar technology lengthens the battery life of the high-end sports watch to up to 73 hours in GPS mode and up to 22 days in smartwatch mode.

On the hardware side, GARMIN has first and foremost revised the heart rate sensor. Thanks to wrist-based heart rate measurement with the fifth generation of the GARMIN Elevate™ technology and intelligent training features, you can even achieve your most ambitious goals. In addition, all models of the Fenix 7 Pro series now come with integrated LED torch, which was previously reserved for the 7X.
Yet, the software has been upgraded, too. With the new Hill Score and Endurance Score, you can track your capability for running uphill and your ability to sustain prolonged efforts. Get the most out of every sport and outdoor activity with over 80 apps and navigate reliably to your destination thanks to pre-installed, international maps. Together with smart features like GARMIN Pay™, GARMIN Music™ and many more, the fenix® 7 becomes an outstanding multisport watch of its time.

Innovative functions

• SUPERIOR BATTERY LIFE: Thanks to the solar charging lens, the Fenix 7 Pro Solar battery lasts up to 22 days in smartwatch mode with 3 hours of solar charging per day in direct sunlight (50,000 lux). In GPS mode it is up to 73 hours with solar charging (prerequisite: continuous use at 50,000 lux for the entire period).
• EXCLUSIVE DESIGN: With its sporty design, it accompanies you through all your activities. The 51 mm housing cover and the titanium bezel ensure greater robustness with less weight. The 1.3-inch display including solar charging with touchscreen and buttons can always be easily read. The smartwatch has been tested according to US military standards with regard to thermal performance, shock resistance and water resistance.
• BUILT-IN LED TORCH: Different intensity levels and a red safety light give you a better overview when training in the dark and serve as practical lighting if need be. The stroboscope mode can even correspond to your cadence.
• HILL SCORE: This feature measures your capability for running uphill and evaluates your progress over time based on your VO2max and training history. It measures your running strength on steep ascents and running endurance on long ascents and provides a score based on your performance over time.
• ENDURANCE SCORE: This function measures your ability to sustain prolonged efforts. It combines training data from all your athletic pursuits to help you understand how training impacts your overall endurance. This dynamic measurement uses your VO2max, short-term/long-term training loads and other factors to gauge your fitness progress beyond just VO2max.
• ALL DATA AT A GLANCE: Start each day with the customisable morning report and see a daily overview of your health and fitness information. You can optimise your training efficiency and recovery with the help of training readiness. A range of different health data is used to calculate the value.

Performance

• RACE PREDICTOR: Get information about your potential pace for a 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon.
• PACEPRO™: Plan your race day strategy with GPS-based pace information for a specific course or distance.

• GRADE-ADJUSTED PACE: Find out what your running pace would be if you were to run with the same effort on a flat route or an incline.
• TRAINING READINESS: Training readiness combines your acute training load with other health data such as recovery, sleep or stress and individually classifies your readiness for the next training session.
• TRAINING CONDITION: With indicators like HRV status (heart rate variability), training log and power, you get insights into your overall effort. That way you know whether you are building up your form during training, are in top form or are tired.
• PHYSIOLOGICAL MEASUREMENTS: Assess your performance. Use extended training values such as VO2max, training load and much more.
• REAL-TIME STAMINA: This endurance function tracks your performance and shows you the energy you have available during your physical activity. This way you can avoid premature exhaustion.

• RECOVERY TIME: After each workout, the recovery time tells you when you are ready for your next activity. It is based on the training intensity and factors such as stress, daily activities and sleep.
• COMPETITION CALENDAR: Be prepared for your next competition! Add upcoming running or cycling events to your GARMIN Connect calendar. The daily suggested workouts will adapt according to the competition details. You even get a completion time prediction.
• WRIST-BASED RUNNING POWER: Look at how much power you're putting on the trail or the road. This way you can regulate your effort and train even more optimally.
• GARMIN COACH: Start an interactive workout and get free adaptive 5K, 10K and half marathon training plans from expert coaches.
